Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment:

Booking is required to secure your session.
An invoice will be issued once a session is booked. Payment is due 14 days from date of invoice, unless specified otherwise.
Payment must be made via direct bank transfer.
To ensure your payment is received, please use the invoice number as the reference when making payment.

Revisions and Edits:

Upon completion of the project, the client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions, after which further revisions shall be charged at the studio rate of £35 / hour.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of any session must be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed date and time.
Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee. The fee amount is dependant on the length of the booked session:

Booking is required to secure the space for your event date. After booking, an invoice will be sent.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the space on your selected date.
Full payment of the total booking fee is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund. The initial deposit of 50% will be held as a cancellation fee.

Events must end and the property vacated by 11pm due to noise restrictions and residential neighbours.
No drugs allowed on the premises.
Alcohol may be consumed by persons of age. Underage drinking is not allowed.
The sale of alcohol is not permitted.
Food and drink may be brought and consumed at the venue. Please be respectful of the space and leave it as you found it.
No smoking inside the venue.
Any damages to the venue or equipment will be charged to the client.
Holywell Studio is not liable for any lost property.
Please be respectful of the space and fellow guests. Any violent or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and such persons will be removed from the venue immediately.
